So I haven’t exactly been preparing to make a huge Christmas gift guide like everyone else! Instead, I wanted to share some (mainly small business) items I’ve purchased myself this month which would make an amazing gift for vegans- tried and tested by yours truly!

You might be wondering why I’ve used the word ‘realistic’- well, I basically mean these are items which aren’t super expensive, and some of these start at just a few quid.

So Eco Complexion Sponge – £6, Tesco (or online via other stores)

I picked up this complexion sponge the other week from Tesco, after spotting it whilst doing a food shop. Not only did I need a new ‘beauty blender’ type sponge, but I was also drawn in by the fact this one is eco-friendly! The sponge is made from recycled and sustainable materials, and it’s also biodegradable. A great little stocking filler for anyone who’s into makeup and trying to be more conscious about the environment!

Bright Zine – Ethical Lifestyle Tool Kit (Available here) – £10

Not only does this lil set of cutlery look absolutely cute, but it’s also a great gift for those who are being more conscious of plastic waste. Heading to your fave food festival? Take one of these with you and ditch those plastic forks!

This little kit includes everything you need – a stainless steel straw, spoon, fork and a pair of chopsticks. Plus on top of all of that, the box is BPA free! Also available in different colours.

Earth Conscious Natural Deodorant – £7 – Available here

Who says giving someone a stick of deodorant isn’t a great stocking filler? I disagree! If someone you love is trying to live more ethically, help them out by purchasing them this cute little deodorant stick (I say little, but this product lasts ages!). Not only does it smell so fresh and gorgeous, but the packaging also contains zero plastic and all the ingredients are organic! PLUS 10p from each sale goes to the Marine Conservation Society.

I bought myself the starter kit and have joined the subscription service – I love the thought of ditching plastic razors and having my very own high-quality personalised razor. If you’re looking for a more luxurious gift without totally breaking the bank, head to Myroo skincare and treat someone to a lovely cleanser or skincare product.

Everyone loves a pamper, and again not everyone can afford to spend this much money on themselves in terms of skincare- so why not treat someone to a lovely skincare item?
